Set across 16 secret city destinations in London and Paris users where invited to join an online quest solving puzzle based games to find the clues that could eventually lead them to a €250,000 cash prize. My involvement in this project was mainly focused on the design and concept of the games with the overall art direction and design lead by the very talented Mr Jakob Nylund. Our aim was to merge the world of linear narrative and the interactive treatment, allowing users the same control over both elements. Online the user can look into the future to see ‘visions’ of what is to come. With each TV episode, this would build a larger picture of the narrative for the users exploration. Shot on location at the Atlantic City boardwalk funfair the sounds were created by the physical impact of shoes on surfaces, zips on track tops, fairground attractions and vocals. These were edited into short clips and the sound enhanced to create the beats, rhythms, bass, melodies that can be combined within the mixer tool.
