Three interactive films that showcase adidas's football boot ranges, F50, Predator and adiPure. The 'Play Better' concept was about immersing the user at the heart of the action, giving them complete control to discover and explore the products core features whilst at the same time experiencing these advantages in real time.



Every piece of action was tightly story boarded and choreographed to reflect the personality and style of play of each of the boot ranges. We used three cameras set ups including a steady cam and dolly rig to capture all the action and give the user a grass eye view of the the beautiful game played the way we all wish we could!







Shooting all day under these giant lights was pretty hard work for the footballers and it got very hot which actually started to cook the grass turf!




At key points within the films the user can break out of the live action and dive into a 3D environment. Using 3D models of the boots allowed us to pull them apart and show how the technology can help to improve your game. The overall aim was to create a seamless integration between the live action and 3D to help to bring the products to life.
















We also redesigned the complete adidas football product database to improve the link between campaign content and relevant products.
